Ingredients:

1    each    Healthy Pleasures Bread Mix yeast is included
1-1/2    tbsp(s)    Olive Oil or unsalted butter
1-1/4    cup(s)    Water warm


Directions:
For Bread Maker: Mix and bake on light setting as per your bread maker instructions.

Hand Made Bread: 1. In a large bowl mix 3/4 of the Healthy Pleasures Bread Mix with the yeast.
2. Make a small well in the middle of the mix and pour in the olive oil (or butter) and the warm water.
3. Mix well and slowly add the rest of the Healthy Pleasures Bread Mix until you have a soft, slightly sticky ball of dough.
4. Place the ball of dough on a slightly floured board and knead for 5 minutes.
5. Place ball of dough back in bowl and cover with a towel - let it rest for 20 minutes.
6. If you're adding any other ingredients (such as the raisins and cinnamon or herbs) add them now and knead them into the dough for about 7 minutes. If you're not adding anything extra you can skip step 6.
7. Let the dough sit in a warm (70F - 76F) place for 60 to 90 minutes. A good way to test readiness is to press your finger deep into the center of the dough. When your finger leaves an indentation that doesn't spring back then it's ready to shape.
8. Place dough on a lightly floured working surface and press flat to remove any air pockets. Shape into a rough cylinder. Place in loaf pan, cover with a damp tea towel and let set for 45 to 60 minutes. When you poke it lightly and it springs back a little it's ready to bake.
9. Bake at 375F for about 30 minutes. When it's done remove and place on a cooling rack. Wait 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.

Cinnamon Raisin Option: add 1/2 cup raisins and 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Herb Bread Option: add 1-1/2 tsp. dry rosemary, basil, or dill.
