Ingredients:

1    each    Spicy Rice
1    tbsp(s)    Olive Oil
1    tbsp(s)    Butter, unsalted
1-1/2    tsp(s)    Garlic minced
1    cup(s)    Chicken Broth/Stock From Spicy Rice
1    tbsp(s)    Chili Powder
1    tsp(s)    Nama Shoyu Soy Sauce
1    pound(s)    Shrimp Large, Peeled


Directions:
1. Make the Spicy Rice and set aside.
2. Heat the oil and butter in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add the chicken broth and raise the heat to high. Add the chili powder. Boil for 1 minute, stirring well to blend.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until they just turn pink, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and serve over the Spicy Rice.
