1/2    cup(s)    Wild Rice 2    cup(s)    Chicken Broth/Stock 3/4    cup(s)    Onion(s) Chopped 1/4    tsp(s)    Tarragon dried, crushed 1/4    tsp(s)    Pepper, Black 1/2    cup(s)    Bulgur 1/4    cup(s)    Parsley
Directions:
1. Run cold water over the wild rice in a strainer, tossing to rinse well.
2. Combine chicken broth, onion, tarragon, pepper and rice in a medium saucepan.
3. When it starts to boil, reduce heat; cover & simmer for about 45 minutes.
4. Stir in bulgur and parsley; cover & let stand about 5-8 minutes.
5. Fluff with a fork, garnish with yellow pepper strips & parsley sprigs.
