We Are What We Drink
Our bodies are made up of 70 trillion cells which are composed primarily of water - from 76-98%, so clearly the water we drink is the water that makes up these cells.  It follows that the quality of the water we drink directly impacts our overall health. 

There have been numerous recent reports on how contaminated our water supplies are.  An Associated Press Investigation found a vast array of pharmaceuticals in the drinking water supplies of at least 41 million Americans (USA Today, 3/10/08).  So what should we look for in good drinking water?  And where do we find it? Benefits of Eating Terramin Clay

Eating clay for your health may sound a bit wacky.  However, its benefits are not without merit.  What makes it so effective is the negative ionic charge it carries.  The negative ionic charge is best used by the body for detoxification purposes.  The stronger the ionic charge the more effective for pulling toxins from the body. 

Since toxins are positively charged the negative ions in the clay attract the toxins, facilitating the movement of toxins through the skin when bathing.  When ingesting the toxins are pulled through the kidneys, liver and lymphatic system and out through the elimination process of the body.  The toxins stick to the clay. Chlorophyll is an incredibly healthy green drink that has a fresh, slightly minty taste that makes drinking it a pleasure.  There are so many health benefits to be found through the use of chlorophyll that it is almost impossible to list them all.  But I’ll give it a try!
